Accelerate Orthopedics is currently able to see patients for virtual assessments in California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Access to Accelerate Orthopedics’ services is coming to additional states soon.

  • The base subscription is $475 per month for a practice with one provider. Each additional provider is $100/month.
  • No per-use fees — unlimited plan of care referrals are included.

No. As long as your clinic maintains an active subscription, Accelerate Orthopedics will recertify plans of care as often as needed, with no preset expiration.

  • OrthoFlow™ subscribers can refer patients to Accelerate Orthopedics for:
    • Telemedicine evaluations
    • Advanced imaging orders (e.g., MRI)
    • Diagnosis reviews & next steps
  • This service is billed separately and is not included in the monthly subscription fee.
    • Standard recertifications are completed within 24 hours.
  • For urgent needs, physical therapists will have access to a direct phone line.

  • Yes. OrthoFlow™ is designed to be seamless for your clinic. Your team can simply email the patient's last physical therapy note to our liaison at Accelerate Orthopedics. 
  • Our orthopedic providers review the patients records and a prescription for the patient’s physical therapy treatment is emailed back to your team so that your therapy program can continue uninterrupted. 
  • Most non-urgent requests are processed within 24 hours. For urgent needs, you will also have access to a direct line for real-time assistance. No cumbersome paperwork, no EMR access required—just fast, simple coordination to keep your patients moving forward.
  • OrthoFlow™ gives independent physical therapists direct access to an experienced orthopedic surgeon for timely consultations, prescription renewals, and expert guidance—without the bureaucracy of a large system.
